At Ten Thousand, we stand by our gear; if your training kit doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 90 days of purchase. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or seamless swap.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Your Resolution

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size or color, store credit for future gear, or a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a durable mailer to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
